Een grote vergissing dit hotel. Erg luidruchtig vanwege de omringende bars, sombere kamer, beperkt uitzicht vanwege grote luifels van de aaneengesloten bars, klein bed, balkons zo dicht op elkaar dat je bijna bij de buren op schoot zit, zeer gedateerde en onfrisse badkamer, onverschillig personeel, vies ontbijt met vooroorlogse, grijsbruin uitgeslagen eitjes en erg duur. Wij hadden voor drie dagen geboekt, maar hebben het slechts een dag volgehouden. Na aandringen kregen we een andere aanbieding in hotel Stratos (zelfde keten) een eindje verderop. Veel beter, lichter, schoner en goedkoper!

The Great hotel in the harbour of Pythagorio, Samos

Fantastic hotel right on the harbour. Big breakfest, Great beds and from the front, the big veuw over the harbour. Just love the place. Visited several times, and will be back asap. The host is more than friendly and helpfull in any cases

Clean, tidy and comfortable

We stayed four nights in here. Rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is at the center of Pythagorion. The street in front of the hotel was crowded all night but not noisy or disturbing. We will also stay in Polyxeni on our next visit.

Wonderful stay!

This was our second stay at this hotel in two years. It is perfectly located on the waterfront amongst restaurants and cafes. We had two rooms, one with a balcony overlooking the waterfront and one overlooking the garden. Both were very clean with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff were always polite and willing to assist. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice for every guest. We had an early day trip by boat on one day and they accommodated us with an earlier breakfast. We can’t wait to return to Samos where we will surely stay here again.

Great stay close to the Port

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the port. We needed a place to stay in Pythagorio to transition ferries, so we only had 2 nights to stay. It was a clean comfortable room. We were above the cafes and tavernas, but did not hear the noise once we closed the balcony door. Everyone on the desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice. We will stay here again if our travels bring us back to Pythagorio.
