Geweldige vakantie gehad, wat een heerlijke plek in Santa Helena

We zijn zojuist terug, en wat hebben we het fijn gehad. Zeer warm ontvangst, heel behulpzaam personeel, erg ruim goed onderhouden appartement. Ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd en de Griekse avond was een echt feest! We gaan zeker terug keren!

Upea hotelli/Nice hotel

Erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta on mukavaa ja koko alueen siisteydestä pidetään hyvää huolta. Huoneissa erittäin hyvä ilmastointi. Kaupat ja palvelut ovat lähellä. Läheisen tien äänet eivät juuri häiritse. Keittiö tarjoaa monipuolista ja vaihtuvaa buffet pöytää, ja suosittelenkin ottamaan puolihoidon. Suosittelen tätä hotellia! Very clean and quiet hotel in a good location. The staff is nice and the cleanliness of the entire area is well taken care of. Very good air conditioning in the rooms. Shops and services are nearby. The sounds of the nearby road do not disturb you. The kitchen offers a versatile and changing buffet table, and I recommend taking half board. I recommend this hotel!

Needs a renovation, but the pool area and location are excellent

This hotel had a great location right next to the beach. We only had a few metres to walk to take a swim in the sea, and it was easy to travel to and from with public transport. We could also park our rental car in the side street. The pool area is beautiful. The employees seemed a bit overworked, but absolutely did their best. My room looked a bit worn down, but you could see that they had tried to clean it even though there were limits to what thy could do. (Yellow spots on the lampshades, bugs living under the sink in the bathroom, worn shelves with interesting brown spots). I had room 503 on the ground floor, and my friends on a higher floor did not have bugs. Even though we enjoyed our stay I would probably not book this hotel again until they renovate it. However, the location and the food in the restaurant was excellent. I also loved to see that the guests and staff put out water and food for the stray cats.

Comfortable hotel in a good location

Nice beach and pool area. Beautiful views. Big rooms with sea view. Silent but central location. All the services close. Some things in the room would require repairment (such as rusty sofa legs, broken safety, box, missing kitchen stuff) but in general I was satisfied. Especially the beadroom was nicely furnished and spacious. More sunbeds to the beach needed. Cleaning worked well. Reception staff helpful.

Good holiday, hotel ok

Service in the reseption was poor, ladys were arrogant. Cleaning ladys were very friendly and did the cleaning well. Hotel was tidy and beach was wonderful. Food was'nt very good. Couldn't keep the room till the evening flight, amazingly they knew that hotel was fully booked only day before our leave.
