Het hotel word goed verzorgd is niet nieuw wel fijne kamers en schoon. Iedere dag schone handdoeken en een gespreid bedje. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden met ontbijt in buffetvorm ruim voldoende keuze en mooi verzorgd. Verse broodjes,croissant stokbrood was soms nog warm. Je kon heerlijk buiten op het terras of in de zaal eten. S'middags lekker lunch met buiten een bar met lekkere drankjes. Het zwembad van het overvliegende hotel mocht je gebruike zag er top uit met poolbar. Wij gaan liever na zee en hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het enige nadeel was de lift was erg klein en te weinig voor de gasten in in het hotel aanwezig waren. Ook ivm de afstand ( corona) Zijn nog steeds mensen die zich dan met 3a4 pers willen proppen. 2 pers max! Zo klein was de lift. En de badkamer was niet zo groot wel alles wat je nodig had. We gaan zeker weer terug.

Not many stars.

Location good. Hotel bad. Rooms are old, need refurbishment. Also was not washed bathroom upon arrival. Ordered seaview, got to the back. Breakfast below average. Reception staff sometimes rude. Not going back.

Horrible standard

Do not believe the pictures on the net. That’s the few renovated hotel rooms. The one we stayed at had horrible, old standard with mussing tiles, rotting wood and ants. The wifi signal was horrible, and also we got food poisoning and found it hard to contact the reception asking for towels and toilet paper. Not sure if this was from the hotel’s lunch. Also breakfast was very dissapointing. Will not visit again.

Great Stay - Fab location & service

We stayed at the aquarium view hotel the first week in September and had a great stay. Prior to booking we were aware that the hotel was undergoing renovations to the rooms and that the pool was located at the sister hotel next door. On arrival, the check in process was simple and efficient. Unfortunately our room was not recently renovated and was in need of bringing up to speed - the bathroom was small and in need of modernisation . While necessary, we cannot fault the hotel for this as this is clearly recognised and being rectified in stages. However, the room compiled of all the necessary amenities including a safe and a fridge and was clean to a very good standard. The shared facilitates in the hotel have been modernised and we’re always clean. Breakfast each morning was fitting for the size of hotel and we never struggled for seating or selection, even when we ate later - breakfast until 11am was fantastic. Location of the hotel is great - on the beach, less than a 5 minute walk from the bars of the strip. The service from the cleaning team, to reception and breakfast team (all of which worked very hard) could not be faulted. The pool is located next door and the use of facilities was simple - we were never questioned about using the facilities. The pool is small but never over crowded - we arrived at 11:30/12 some days and were able to get sun beds despite being busy. The bar is good and decent priced, and the food was reasonable. All in all we had a good stay, and no doubt would have had a 5 star stay if we were in a renovated room. We would not hesitate to stay again in a renovated room in the future. Fantastic location, modern room

Very happy with the hotel. Great location on the beach and an easy, pleasant 10 min walk along the beach and harbour to the absolutely stunning Old Town. We had a lovely, modern superior sea view room on 5th floor - lovely view from the balcony. Really friendly staff. Good breakfast. Swimming pool next door in Cactus Hotel was fine (bit dated) - we preferred the beach which is literally across the road. Only minor downside - air conditioning in room could be stronger despite trying to adjust it.
