Wat kan ik erover zeggen. Alles was vuil. De kamer was met stof bedekt, in de badkamer zat zwarte schimmel rond de douche, er zat overal urine op en rond de wc-bril van eerdere gasten. Alles zag er zo walgelijk uit dat ik er nog geen minuut langer had kunnen verblijven.

Amazing Beach Hotel with Excellent Friendly Staff

I recently stayed with my partner and we had the most incredible time. The staff are attentive and will go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. The views from the rooms with sea view are fantastic. Highly recommend paying extra for these. We stayed in the deluxe sweet and were blown away by how great the room was. The beach is a short walk away and you can use the facilities at their sister hotel, which is immediately opposite the beach. There are plenty of restaurants brach side and near the old town. The views from the balcony in the deluxe room were so good I decided to propose there! The staff were also great at helping me set up. The only downside I'd say is that the pictures don't do it justice!

Great experience

Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful, tending to our every need with utmost diligence. They were cordial and efficient. Room was spotless and comfortable. Location was perfect for a day at the beach and an evening downtown. Price-quality relation is very good. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay at Kyma Beach Hotel

Just can’t say enough about the service and hospitality of Kyma Beach Hotel, Rethymno. Staff was so helpful, especially when our scheduled pick up for a day tour didn’t arrive on time. They made calls on our behalf and checked in with us until we were on our way. We so appreciate the care and attention we received. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting among trees and flowers on a patio. Beautiful beach was a few steps away. Location of hotel is perfect- just across from bars, restaurants and nightlife- so, conveniently close but peaceful at night. We had such a lovely time and are happily planning our return. Will definitely stay at Kyma again!

One week stay with family

We had a great week at Kyma Suites Beach hotel, we were ten people in total, five couples from the Family, no kids. - Super nice, friendly and professional personnel - High class breakfast, a lot of options from local cuisine to international offering. Great and fast service. - Nice dinners, we had two different dinners at the hotel, especially Sea food theme dinner was our favorite - Nice and clean rooms - Small and cosy hotel - Everything is close: Old town, restaurants, beach, services. And what a surprise we got: We won an invitation to the owners large sailing boat for a day cruise! That was a super surprise, all inclusive experience, free of charge. Great customer care and experience! Things to be aware: - The road between the hotel and the beach is very noisy at night time, if you have a sea view room at lower floors. - Do not expect large pool area, the pool is very small and not suitable for swimming. - The private beach is not located in front of hotel, it´s about 400 m walk from the hotel. Other tips: - You might want to take a taxi to smaller village for a dinner: 15 minutes and you get authentic experience at small restaurants, compared to beach area restaurants. Try hotel dinner anyway, it was great and good value for the money.
