Great value for money

Great location. Nice little new pool. We had a room with balcony and part ocean view. Nice staff and fab breakfast with home made items. It was possible to sit in the outdoor breakfast place all day and night. Wifi was perfect in our room. Really, really loved our stay. Thanks

The best!

Stayed here for a week and had the most amazing experience! We got a great room, beatiful views and delicious breakfast (always with some fresh fruits). But most importantly, the frendliest staff that just made our stay unforgettable. Special shout out to Geri! <3

Good

Good hotel runned by a family. Not too small,not too big. Staff was exellent and very helpfull. We got good tips for trips and places we wanted to go. Hotel is at great location. At the lunch time this hotel has very good buffet with a deasant price. If you are looking for a good hotel, this is the one.

Orribile experience - shame on you

We booked and payed three month in advance an apartment here. On the date of the arrival in saranda (August 18 2018) we called the reception of Serxhio apartments ( 355693317438) and to our disappointment a man told us that the apartment was not available because of overbookin. We strongly reply that we have a confirmation from our travel agency dating back three days. The clerk told us to wait five minutes for the owner, Serxio to find another location. After 2 hours under the sun Serhxio didn' t show up while calling him repeatedly. Our travel agency provided us an emergency accomodation and we agreed to sue the travel agent and Serxhio in turn when we came back to Italy. Shame on you. Hope you go out of business soon.

Clean and beautiful Hotel

Nice hotel and beautiful view.The breakfast it was amazing.Most important is very very clean and the staff was perfect.I Book only for 1 week but next time i hope to stay more.Is the best choice for your holiday.❣❣❣❣
