top-klasse hotel met persoonlijke touch

Duidelijk een top-klasse hotel. We kwamen onaangekondigd aan en kregen desondanks een heerlijk mooie kamer met panoramisch uitzicht. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en zeer gemoedelijk. Je wordt persoonlijk aangesproken en hebt geen gevoel een nummer te zijn. Ontbijt buffet zeer uitgebreid.

Special experience!

I booked the private patio experience as a surprise for my wife to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. We were away for my brothers wedding at the time and this hotel was two up from ours. So before we came away, I contacted Mr Giatrou to book the meal and he was extremely helpful from the off, not only did he book it in for me and confirm it but he helped me tailor the entire experience to make it special for my wife. As I paid for an experience abroad before I’d actually got there, I went in before hand during my holiday, again just to confirm as I was quite apprehensive about it. Mr Giatrou came down from else where in the hotel (no doubt while he was busy) to see me personally and reassure me. I’ll try to describe just how incredible the experience that we had was! The setting was absolute perfection but we were impressed from the second we walked through the doors, before we even got to the patio! The professionalism and downright pleasantness of the waiting staff was an absolute delight. We were assigned a private butler for the evening but unfortunately I can’t remember her name. However she was absolutely amazing and pulled out all the stops to make the evening magical. She was the key to the entire experience in my opinion as she was very accommodating and made everything happen. She led us through the beautiful hotel setting to the patio and it confirmed that this was going to be a top rate experience. No request was too much and she made it happen for us. I would have LOVED to meet the chef and shake his/her hand as the food was absolutely to notch and could not be faulted, in my opinion they made one of the most memorable meals I am sure myself and my wife will ever have as everything I tasted was beautiful! This is not said lightly. The best way I can think to summarise the entire experience would be to mention what my wife genuinely said as we were leaving which was: “The next time we go to Cyprus, I think we have to stay at this hotel”.

Amazing place

I love Alion and we always return to this hotel for a great time. Everything is perfect about this place: professional and committed staff and hotel management, renovated rooms, beautiful beach, fantastic food and much more… Highly recommend.

Amazing stay

From start to finish this hotel was amazing. The staff were super friendly and amazing as well. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival. We arrived around 09:30 PM due to a late flight and shortly upon entering the room we heard the doorbell ring and we were offered a plate with small sandwhiches and some tortilla chips. There was also a plate of fruit already in our room. During the day we were provided with small cold towels while lounging on the sunbeds as it was a very hot day. Buffet restaurant for dinner was very nice. Breakfast was great with lots of choices including fresh pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice. Parking was underground and easy. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. I also liked the fact that you are 'assigned' sunbeds during your stay. You can change beds if you don't like the location, in case others are still available. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Ayia Napa.

Perfect, relaxing vacation at the Alion Beach Hotel

It was our third stay at the Alion Beach Hotel. As always everything was great. The renovated rooms give the Hotel a new, modern and fresh touch. We love them! The rooms are always perfectly clean. As always the food in all three restaurants was amazing. The cocktails from the bars are very professionally made! The live music was extremely good! The staff is super friendly and the Hotel management is always open for a chat and for honest feedback. We loved our stay.
