Geweldige aanrader!

Gezien er weinig reviews waren (op Google maps is het zelfs een braak liggend terrein) was het afwachten wat we zouden aantreffen. Maar wat waren wij blij verrast! Op een mooie locatie, prachtig klein opgezet complex met geweldige kamers. En dan nog het personeel: absoluut geweldig! Zelden zoveel vriendelijk personeel tegen gekomen. De kamers zijn netjes, geen kapot meubilair oid. TV kanalen zijn niet altijd allemaal aanwezig maar hé......wie komt er naar Griekenland om TV te kijken ;-) Prima bedden en worden (indien gewenst) iedere dag opgemaakt en voorzien van nieuwe handdoeken. Mooie schone badkamer met prima douche. Zwembad was toen wij er waren frisser dan de zee maar zeer goed te doen. Wordt ook iedere ochtend schoongemaakt. In de tuin nabij het zwembad ook een (pool) bar. Het ontbijt is ook heel goed geregeld. Er is vanaf 8 uur ontbijt verkrijgbaar in de hoteltuin en vanaf 8:30 in de eetzaal van het naastgelegen Admiral hotel (liggen tegen elkaar aan). Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: wij hebben vrijwel de gehele vakantie in de tuin ontbeten, heerlijk rustig tov de drukke eetzaal en toch een goed aanbod in eten en drinken. Gelegen op nog geen 100 meter van het strand, 50 meter vanaf de eerste bar, 50 meter van de eerste supermarkt/souvenirwinkel met daarnaast auto/scooter/quad en boot verhuur en loop je 50 meter verder dan heb je de eerste restaurants al! Je ziet in sommige reviews dat er geschreven wordt over overlast van de naastgelegen bar maar dit valt reuze mee! En late-checkout was ook geen probleem, voor slechts €30 konden we de kamer tot 18:00 vasthouden. Al met al absoluut een absolute aanrader voor als je eens niet in een druk 9-hoog herriehotel wilt verblijven maar meer gaat voor rust en vriendelijkheid.

a gem of a hotel

tucked away behind high gates on a corner a hidden heaven a small quiet boutique hotel lovely comfortable rooms a great bed with dividers to a space for two settees loads of space plenty of hot water a big double shower sun beds as well as table and chairs on the ground floor patio beside the pool safe air con and water no extra charge, lovely garden area for breakfast, all the staff fantastic cheerfull, helpful polite, cleaners did a good job and all towels changed every day.we had bad weather for most of our first week,cold and very wet but at least a very decent room to relax in, in bad weather a short walk through the grounds to the admiral hotel for breakfast huge choice of food but really noisy and very busy so not for us glad when the weather improved for a civilised breakfast in olive trees catering staff did a good job always cheerful and helpful,our room 106 also backed on to the kaliva bar but the front door was thick so not a problem.there is no english t. v. only news programms a good book helps in bad weather.we love the planos end of tsilivi so a five minit stroll to the bar and restaurant we prefer avgoustis and the great alexander beach amazing beach beds and wonderful swimming. also for a more lively evening a walk in the opposite direction takes you to the main part of the resort loads of bars restaurants gift shops supermarkets etc plus the bus stop to zante town and more resorts.we had some great karaoke at the madness cocktail bar run by a lovely young couple polly and angelo. the olympic supermarket has all you will need and a short walk away run by the lovely olivia. a big thankyou to all the staff at new beach you were all great the best place we have stayed in tsilivi over 10 years of holidays there so well done to all have a good summer.

Arrived late to a welcoming glass of bubbly. We were quickly checked in and shown to our room. We received passes for free beach towels and were also given a bottle of wine. There was two large bottles of water in room aswell. The place was spotless, our only gripe was that the shower flooded a little as the drain not the best but eventually the water did go. The girls in charge of the New Beach are a credit to the company who owns it and the staff at breakfast were lovely No complaints about the breakfast where we had it Al fresco beside the rooms. We did go to the Admiral twice just to see what was on offer. Good location to the beach and 10-15 minutes walk into main resort of Tsilivi. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd year going to this hotel. Perfectly situated right by beach and nice bars and restaurants. Lovely comfortable rooms with free a.c and safe. Choice of 2 places for breakfast. 1 outside area by your room or a short walk to indoor restaurant. Plenty to suit all tastes. Staff can't do enough for you. Special thanks to the lady cleaning our room daily (Katarina) ❤ Room was always spotless with plenty of coffee etc. Bottle of water daily was a great touch. All in all a fantastic place to stay. Great location for families

Great for families, free safe, air con, 1.5L bottle of water every day, very close to sea and shops /restaurants. Used Jet2, the only problem was on the last day we had to checkout at 11.00am , pick-up from hotel was 6 pm, sometimes for 30 euros you can keep room til 5pm.
