2 weeks of bliss

Had read a few bad reviews, they were all wrong.lovely place and it has everything you need.staff very friendly.would definitely go back.its close to everything.basic but clean.not sure why some people would do a bad review.

My opinions

After reading some rather uncomplimentary reviews we arrived with some trepidation. Whilst these apartments are self catering good luck trying to make a meal the cooking equipment and utensils are pretty basic to say the least ,small fridge NO toaster which I would have thought would be standard but I believe this is all about making you purchase from the bar , the room was very clean and cleaner came most days and changed sheets every 3 days . The pool area is adaquate but in need of quite a bit of tlc and served us for our week but be warned white swimwear is a NoNo in the pool it will become green! and they don't allow food or drinks to be taken to the pool, again only food purchased from the bar allowed!! Air con was an additional cost €10 per day(wasn't aware of this on booking) .Location v. good supermarket nextdoor .Overall Basic but room clean this was booked as a budget holiday and that is what we got .

Nightmare hotel

Absolutely a dive of a place! No working toilet, pool was turning people green!🤢old and outdated, no lift to upper floors, not enough utensils in the room. People say you get what you pay for, but I have previously stayed in a nearby hotel for exactly the same price!! Not a patch on the other hotel. No atmosphere round the bar, just hated everything about it. Pictures need updating on the site as it’s nothing like the pictures so don’t be drawn into it. Local restaurants owners and shops have not got a good word about the hotel or people that own it. Would definitely NOT recommend this place. Everyone we spoke to said they would not return either.Tsilivi is a beautiful place but this ruined my family holiday.

Avoid This Dump.

Don't know where to start really. Classed as Self Catering but although we always eat out anyway, if you were on a budget and planning to prepare some meals in these rooms you've got no chance. We did attempt to make a sandwich one day but had to go out to buy a knife that would cut a tomato. Hardly any utensils, no toaster or microwave, socket for kettle half way up the wall and kettle had to be put against sink for it to reach. Rusty hob if you fancy trying to cook anything. Whole place stinks of sewerage, even by pool bar where people were eating breakfast. Pool started to turn green after a couple of days and when this was highlighted to the management all they could say was don't worry its ok, it's normal. Eventually got so bad they had to shut the pool. All in all for a 14 day holiday the pool looked normal for two days. The whole place just cries out neglect and the management just want to take people's money. Never go here again. Avoid.

 Review of Jet2holidays CS Caroline S 6 reviews GB  A day ago Verified Terrible accomodation even for a 2 star The accommodation was not fit for purpose. We knew it would be basic as it had a 2 star rating. It was a cheap price and now I truly believe that you get what you pay for! My family and I have just had a 19 night stay at the Georgia Apts in Tsilivi, Zante. We knew it would be basic as it was a 2 star but you seriously need to reconsider sending people there. We booked an extra long holiday as we couldn't go away last year due to our eldest son being in hospital for 6 months with Leukaemia. This was supposed to be a special holiday! Firstly, there was a constant smell of drains throughout the accommodation. Secondly, the shower was barely a trickle and was barely hot. Thirdly, it was a 2 bed apt but only one room had air con and so the other bedroom was like an oven. However, my biggest complaint is about the pool and I did raise this while in resort. The pool was closed for 4 days (Thu 17 Aug - Sun 20 Aug). The water was green. There was a tiny notice on reception saying it was shut due to technical difficulties. On Monday 21st, the pool reopened and it looked OK. My husband and sons went in and came out green - skin and swimwear. I raised this as an issue especially due to my elder son having a weakened immune system due to having Leukaemia last year. It was a health hazard. After that, despite being assured that the pool was safe, I did not allow my family to go in as I was worried about my son becoming ill. The Jet2 Customer Helper told me that she was looking into compensation on Tues 22nd Aug. I heard nothing about it before we left on Sat 26th. For all of the days we didn't use the pool (10), we had to go to other pools which were free to use as long as we bought drinks/food. This cost us around €20 a day. Other people complained about the pool and the general state of the accommodation too. I don't mind staying in basic accommodation but the least I expect is a fully working shower and access to a clean and safe swimming pool. I would suggest you reconsider having this accommodation as part of your portfolio as it is not fit for purpose. I have booked a 3 star for next year and am hoping that Jet2 don't let us down again.
