Uitstekend!

Wij zijn een week verbleven in dit hotel en het was uitstekend. De medewerkers waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook ligt het aan een mooi strand, zit er een fijn zwembad bij en ligt het enerzijds op een rustige plek en anderzijds kan je de drukte van het dorp opzoeken. Er liggen voldoende leuke restaurantjes in de buurt op een paar minuten loopafstand. Tot slot is het ook een schoon hotel, hebben ze een goed ontbijtbuffet en een goede menukaart met lekkere lunchgerechten en drankjes. Wij raden dit hotel aan iedereen aan die gewoon een lekkere relax vakantie wil!

Between beach and village

Recption staff very friendly, room was ok. Bathroom was bad, as almost impossible to have a shower and not to wet the whole bathroom floor, Breakfast was ok, nice buffet and we could order some fried eggs or omelettes beside. Coffee/Juice-teriible quality. For me this was a cosy hotel, close to the village, no luxury, but perfectly located by the beach. The sunshine in this house was Inesa, a r reception staff member. Withour her this place would be worth not even half, a real jewel.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location at the beach

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location: right on the beach, 5 minutes from the restaurants and nightclubs of Kavos - and still quiet because it is on the edge. The rooms are bright and beautiful, the food buffet is rich and tasty and the staff is extremely friendly.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views

What a lovely hotel, set off the main strip with amazing views of the beach and the Greek mainland. It’s a very short walk to the main strip which is full of bars and restaurants but you cannot hear any of this from the hotel. We ended up booking here as a last minute deal as we sadly had to cancel our original holiday due to a family emergency but this hotel ended up being much nicer than our original hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, the pool is lovely (quite shallow though which may suit some) and the views from the beach are beautiful. May be worth noting almost all of the sun beds are on the hotel’s beach and not around the pool, there were always plenty for the guests though! The food at the hotel was nice too. Our room had a lovely Mountain View, was a good size & had plenty of wardrobe space. My only slight criticism is that the shower is quite small so the water does go on the floor and the hairdryer is not very powerful. Other than that, cannot fault the hotel or the staff and they made our trip very pleasant. There are so many nice restaurants nearby such as: The Steakhouse, Kavos Golden Courser Chinese/Thai, Falconera, Contessa and The Real Greek. There’s so many local bars to choose from but if you would like some entertainment and great hospitality I would recommend Maria’s karaoke bar. I would highly recommend doing a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon and Sivota (on the mainland), you get to go swimming with fishes and stroll around the beautiful fishing village. Overall a lovely place with something for everyone!

super stay

My husband and I recently spent a fabulous 4 weeks at the Cavomarina Beach Hotel in Kavos. I cannot recommend it enough. It is a beautiful hotel situated on the beach with great views across the Ionian Sea to the Greek mainland. It is within 200 metres of shops and restaurants, but remains a quiet and relaxing hotel. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly and the food is of a high standard. Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily.
