Service is on par with Sandals Resort Bahamas! ❤️ WELL DONE Team Sunrise Jade ❤️

While staying at The Azia Resort and Spa in Paphos last year, we kept hearing good things about Sunrise Jade in Protaras so we decide to book. WELL WHAT CAN WE SAY!!!!! We stayed in room 518 Professional, well run hotel with no notices or team members advising what you can and can’t do which led to a very relaxed atmosphere. THE SERVICE ALONE REQUIRES 50 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I can say that this hotel and its Team of staff are AMAZING - The service and attention to detail is on par with Sandals Resort in the Bahamas. They have enough Chefs on hand to sink a battleship, they insist on helping to carry soup to your table and go through each of the dishes when they see confused faces. Whoever says they are unsure of the food clearly doesn’t have a varied palate and experience of culinary skills which are both pleasing to the eye and palette (ATTENTION TO DETAIL SHINES THROUGH), no over the top signs to say about food being forbidden to be taken out. Sajadd (mainly in the restaurant) is so lovely, he clears and prepares tables at speed but you never feel rushed. George in the Reef restaurant is very easy going and very professional. WE always have a favourite and ours has to be Aleksandra in Patisserie Amelie - SERVICE with a huge smile, friendly and always keeping herself busy. The ice creams are AMAZING. Sunbeds are allocated on arrival and if you are not happy with them, you can request to change as long as there are move available. The Housekeeping Team are busy very early by the pool and continue until the evening. We don’t require a clean room, fresh towels or fresh bedding each day so we put the do not disturb on and take it off every few days. Thinking this might be an error, a card was placed under our door to remind us to take the sign off and a chambermaid will be ready to sort the room in the evening. The attention to detail such as a pre filled on arrival mini fridge which consisted of red / white wine, x2 cans of coke, x2 mineral water, x2 orange juice, x4 milk pots, peanuts & x2 Keo. Once used they replace the water and coffee pods daily if required. Everything is up to date with electronic panels for lighting, automatic (when the bathroom light is switched on), bathroom fan & section heated mirror so you can see when the rest condensates, iced face cloths and fruit are give out in the afternoon, the normal tea and coffee making facilities with a kettle plus a pod system, you can change your pool towels (which are sewn at the top to save them from falling down the sunbeds) daily if you wish, again, we do this every few days. You can book trips at reception where they have leaflets and are knowledgeable in what is on offer, no one expects tips which can be off putting in some hotels when you see some team members helping the same people more in the hope of receiving something in return. The Azia Resort and Spa was wonderful but this hotel wins hands down for Service and Detail. The best part of the stay was swimming with the Turtles which are right in the bay and highly recommended. THIS IS DEFINITELY A HOTEL TO REVISIT IN THE FUTURE!!! Thank you “TEAM SUNRISE JADE” - (Tammy and Keith)

Stunning location

Very clean and spacious hotel situated in a lovely quiet bay which is accessible for swimming / snorkelling down a slight slope. Pros: Good food with lots of choice (but not always hot enough) Restaurant manager and staff are excellent and work very hard Great air con in bedroom and very comfy bed / pillows Stocked mini bar plus free chocs every evening - lovely touch Quiet hotel so sleep quality is excellent Bali beds free of charge as most hotels charge extra for these Cons: Lacked atmosphere around the pool Entertainment poor and bar attached to hotel a bit boring Pointless having the pool bar open in the evening as no one seemed to use it - may as well not bother paying 2 staff and put that money towards some better entertainment Would have been nice to have entertainment like a sax player or similar around the pool area from say 5 pm Drinks expensive Some sunbed pads were grubby We also experienced the sarcastic man on reception who looked after late arrivals Don’t bother with a trip to Nissi beach as very overcrowded. Fig Tree bay beach close by and really nice.

The best Holiday at the Sunrise

From check in to check out I could not say enough about this hotel. The service is absolutely fantastic. The hotels little cove/beach area are like a little peace of heaven. Food amazing great bar staff. The gym is great you can get a good workout. The allocated sun-loungers are a must have these days and you can swap at any time. We must mention Aaron one of the pool attendants/restaurant staff really lovely guy very happy to help out. The staff are all so hard working, we will most definitely be back to visit again.

The best hotel!

We arrived on the 6th September for 11 nights and were greeted at reception by the warm and friendly staff. As we had arrived late we were too late to have dinner so we were given a voucher to use later on throughout our stay (nice touch). and also given a voucher to use in the spa. The rooms were beautiful and clean, We were so impressed with the location of this hotel and the staff are amazing, too many to mention but I have to give credit to the restaurant manager, Andreas as he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was 5 star treatment! 🤩Also and not forgetting all his team who work so hard, the food is excellent and we liked how the chefs were showing us food on offer, in particular the head chef who went to great lengths to make sure my daughter (who is vegetarian) was aware of food that was suitable for her, so kind of him! Overall this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and will be returning next year without a doubt! Well done Sunrise Jade and all the staff who work there, you are all amazing and they are what makes this hotel so special!🤩

Exceptional Hotel

Beautiful tastefully decorated hotel in serene location overlooking Mediterranean shores. Superb professional staff in particular Restaurant Manager Andreas,Head Waitress Despina,Receptionist Dimitris,Cafe Assistant Alexandra and most importantly our cleaner Mando. Such an excellent team of staff who made our holiday very special thank you. Strongly recommend this hotel exceptional in every respect.
