Onze verwachtingen waren groter

Ontvangst is wat onverschillig, grote luxe inkomst. Onze slaapkamer ruim en met prachtig zich top de baai. de Wifi deed het goed op de kamer De badkamer kon wel iets netter zijn in de hoeken stof en haren, ook de lift zag er nogal stoffig uit. Het ontbijt was het minste wat wij al gekregen hadden in Albanië, erbarmelijke broodjes, steeds wachten op nieuwe koffie. Op het hotel staan 5 sterren , voor ons is dit maar 3 sterren waard

Zeer verouderd hotel

* Ruime Inkomhall * Onvriendelijk personeel, ze wouden of konden je niet helpen, of deden dat ze je niet verstaan, .. * Verouderde kamers (oude tv, stof, lege mini bar, ...) * Badkamer enorm klein (douche en wc en lavaba) voor goed op het toilet te kunnen zitten, moet je met voeten in de douche hangen, ...) * Wifi (gratis op kamers en inkomhall) * Matig ontbijt (brood, confituur, beetje feta kaas, rouwe groenten, hard gekookt ei) * Wel prachtig uitzicht op de zee * Centraal gelegen in het dorpje van Saranda

Do not recommend this hotel at all! Terrible experience and a scam!

The customer service is non-existing, and we have never felt so unwanted and not welcome in our lives before. It was truly shocking. My husband and I, booked a stay for 8 nights at this hotel, as the hotel looked appealing to us. To our great surprise, when we arrived at the hotel we were met by a rude man by the entrance. He starts the conversation off right away by saying “We are fully booked. Do you have a reservation?”. We show him the receipt, and he asks us to wait for the check-in at 14:00/2 o’clock. As we waited in the reception, the 2 receptionists kept staring at us. We walked up the desk and explained that we were waiting for our turn to check in. They then proceed to tell us that they cannot find our reservation, even though we showed them the confirmation. We then asked to speak to the manager, as the receptionist was not helpful and did not seem to care at all. The manager then arrived, and she was even ruder. She told us that if we want to stay we have to pay even more, even though, as previously mentioned, we already had our booking and confirmation in place. We explained to her that this was not okay, and she did not want to admit that it was their mistake. We ended up leaving the hotel, as they obviously tried to scam us, and unfortunately they were not understanding of our situation at all. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you want to be treated very poorly and be looked upon and talked to in a very rude and disrespectful manner.

Nice hotel with beachside view

Nice hotel with beachside view. Spacious rooms (suite). Refinished rooms in good quality and design. Nice pool with great pool bar, they can make all kind of cocktails there. They have DJ in the afternoon playing a bit loud music in the pool area. They don’t have a beach, but you can pay to use the private beach across the street and the public beach 200m down the road. Breakfast selection is not that big. The area is great for relaxing in the day time and a lot of live in the evening.

The hotel is fine but if you are looking to use the pool forget it. One look at the pool put me off.

Nice average hotel, but the pool is disgusting. They seem to think that after September they don't have to keep the pool clean anymore. A huge bad blot on what would be a good hotel. Shame that such a good hotel should end up this way.
